What can be returned?

Items must be in original condition, with all tags and packaging still intact.
They must be unused and unworn.
How to return an item:

In your email, include your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item.
Return Approval:

Once we review your request, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with clear instructions on how to return the item(s) securely.
Important to Remember:

You’ll be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
Be sure to pack the item(s) carefully to prevent any damage during transit.
Getting your refund:

We strive to process refunds quickly, typically within 2 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Your refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.
Exchanges:

Currently, we don’t offer exchanges. However, you can easily return your unwanted item and use your refund to purchase the new one you have your eye on.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@keybub.com. We’ll take swift action to resolve the issue.

Additional Information:

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for your return. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages during return transit.
Proof of return will be required before we can issue your refund.
Gifts:

If you received a gift from keybub.com and want to return it, you’ll receive a store credit upon our receipt of the returned item(s). If the gift was purchased for you by someone else, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
