Once your order is placed, it will be processed, packed, and shipped out within 6-7 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) on Friday will be processed 1-3 business days from the following Monday. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United States. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for your order to be processed during the holiday season.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Your order will be processed, packed, and shipped within 1-3 business days. While we can’t guarantee delivery dates, orders typically arrive on the East Coast within 1-2 business days and on the West Coast within 4-7 business days after shipping. Tracking information will be provided via email.

We use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground for domestic orders, depending on your preference, and USPS for international orders. If you need expedited shipping or are shipping internationally via UPS or FedEx, please reach out to us for arrangements.

You can check the status of your order at any time by visiting the “My Account” page onbembome.com and selecting “View Order Status.” Please allow 6 -7 business days for processing. If you cannot locate your item with the provided tracking information, email us at customer .contact@bembome.com for assistance

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes. However, you can request to cancel your order and place a new one. If the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it. Please contact us immediately at customer service contact@bembome.com, including the order number in your request.
